  • What areas does Lavender and Pine serve?

We are currently serving the Clark County area only.

  • What are your hours of operation?

Our team cleans Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 PM and is closed for all statutory holidays. If you are interested in weekend and evening cleanings, please inquire for availability.

  • What is the minimum amount of time I can book?

We require a minimum of a two hour clean. From our experience, this is the minimum amount of time for our team to complete a quality regular clean.

  • Do you bring all the necessary cleaning supplies?

Yes, we’ve got you covered! No need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment.

  • What if I want eco-friendly cleaning products to be used?

Absolutely! While house cleaning is a necessity, we believe it can be done in environmentally friendly ways. As such, we strive to use eco-friendly and non-toxic products to look out for both you, us and the environment at large. If this is something you also value, just place your request before we arrive and we would be happy to accommodate.

  • What is your COVID-19 policy?

We’re taking extra hygiene steps: we’re sanitizing our hands before we enter your home, we’re wearing gloves throughout the cleaning process, and taking additional disinfecting steps for critical entry and exit points for your home.

Masks are optional, but if you would insist on wearing them, we will. Our cleaners will not work if they are sick. We ask that if you or any members of your family are sick or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, you reschedule your clean immediately.

  • Do you send the same cleaners each time?

We always try to send the same cleaner to each household. However, sometimes we have to switch up the team!

  • Can I be home when the cleaner is coming?

Absolutely, but you don’t need to be. If you are unable to be home during your Lavender & Pine clean or prefer not to be, please just leave us with a key or door code and we would be happy to let ourselves in.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

Life happens and we get it! We currently do not have a cancellation fee. However, please respect the time and organization of our company and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Should I tidy before the cleaners come?

Yes, please! We know that sounds a little funny, but we would greatly appreciate a declutter before your cleaner arrives. Email or call the office with any special instructions and let us know ahead of time if there is any remodeling or repair project going on, or if you have guests in the house.  If you have pets please lock them securely in their cages or a spare room or take them to the pet daycare. We want to make sure that no pets will escape accidentally, try to get close to our supplies, or be scared of the vacuum cleaner noise. If your pets had any accidents we will also ask you to pick up after them.

  • Do you clean pet-friendly homes?

Yes, we love all the furry friends! Please just give us notice before the clean of the type of pet and if your four-legged friend has any quirks or if they need to be kennelled.

  • Is there any areas of the home the team doesn’t clean?

During our regular and deep cleans we do not do dishes and laundry. If you require those services please let us know in advanced and extra time can be added on.

  • Is your company insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance along with WCB. We also require all employees to provide a background check.

  • What if I’m not happy with something?

Customer satisfaction is our main goal, if something isn’t just as you like it let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

  • How long do I have to pay my invoice?

We require same day payment.

  • Does your staff need a parking space? Is it included in price?

Because our staff carries all the supplies they come in their own car or are dropped off at the site. We do require a parking space to be provided for 1 car or cover the cost of parking only if you request a specific team and we mutually agreed on parking arrangements.  If your street is zoned please provide a parking permit for our car each time a crew comes in. We do not allow our staff to take any illegal parking even with clients’ permission.

  • Do you take clients' keys? How do you secure them?

Most of our regular clients prefer to supply a copy of the keys and alarm code. This insures that no appointments are missed and makes it easier schedule the same team on the same day. Each key is tagged with the number only. There is no information about where it belongs to. We cross reference the tag number with the address in our system. Even in the event if a key gets lost-there is no way for anyone to find out what it opens.  In case we are responsible to losing a key we will offer to re-key your home at our cost immediately.

  • Do I need to sign a contract to become a recurrent client?

We rely on open communication. Our service quality is 100% guaranteed. Please let us know if the service was not up to your expectations and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy! There is no contract that binds to a certain amount of time that you have to use our service. It can be canceled at any time with a 24 hrs notice.
